Want something healthy to down on those hurry-up-and-go mornings? How about an easy vegan smoothie? This one is light but filling, and full of plant-based yumminess.
Add:
- 3 cups soy milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 cups frozen strawberries (2 unfrozen)
Blend for at least 30 seconds and serve. Makes enough for four servings, or two if you are a big fan or very hungry!
